The Argonne Research Library recently signed two new open access (OA) agreements — one with the Royal Society of Chemistry and the other with Cambridge University Press. Both agreements allow for unlimited, free OA article publishing by Argonne authors in gold and hybrid journals. Article processing charges for publications in eligible journals will be waived.
In addition to Cambridge University Press and the Royal Society of Chemistry, the library currently has OA agreements in place with Wiley, the Association for Computing Machinery, and IOP. Argonne authors are also eligible for OA discounts with Elsevier, Trans Tech, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and the American Chemical Society.
